Lovely trail. Not much parking but can be reached by public transport (bus or luas) to the Square, Tallaght and follow directions for Dublin Mountains Way

mixture of nice woodland, Riverside walk and rural town housing estate. Good terrain and well signed along the way. might be better in reverse. one could start and finish at the pub on the green in Freshford.
