The first ascent is steep with a little scrambling as you work your way up and around some gullys, once on the ridge it's stunning and pretty straight forward to Mweelrea. Descent is a bit of a slog as the last few km before the woods are boggy and tough going. Great hike and heaps of fun, took us 9hrs with plenty of stops and breaks.

I was able to start on one trail of two mountains and then move on to another trail in order to cover three of the 12 bens without having to restart recording - beat that!
