As always with a Dutch trail, there is road walking (or rather bicycle path walking) involved. But the Noaberpad goes through incredibly varied landscapes - from the flat north, to the desolate peat, to undulating hills and meandering brooks and rivers. In three weeks of walking only met four others doing the same trail!
