We tried to escape the Manchester Heat and took a day trip to Llandudno. It’s was about 7C cooler with a greatness breeze and very pleasant swimming conditions for both dogs and men.

Early on it was blowing a gale and visibility was very low. But that didn't stop the Welsh 1000 runners I passed! The sun came out just as I finished. Be prepared for a scramble on the way up and a few scrambles on the way down
