A medium hike from Kilkeel heading north into the quiet countryside. This 4.8 km (3.0 mi) route climbs steadily with about 208 m (682 ft) of elevation gain and very little descent, giving ongoing views over the surrounding fields and low hills. Wild camping at the lough is a must. New moon required for landscape astrophotography.
