Nice trail. Not too strenuous. Would need a few dry days leading up to your hike as it can be boggy in places.

Love this trail, it’s where I train all the time before I go on any real long hikes. The views of Dublin and Wicklow are amazing on a sunny day.

Start from road clockwise leaving tomb till last As trail leaves road getting across stream not easy but once on upward trail passing woods on left is ok to first top Some muddy areas between hills but not to bad. Remember that this is in a military area so be prepared to hit the dirt!!!! Only joking but do look at the signs. Enjoy.
