Took me just under 3 hours and I'm not the fittest 51 year old. Path is asphalt for most of trail. Final bit of walk up hill is boggy and wet under foot so care must be taken especially on decent. Overall a nice wee walk through the Carron valley forest with nice views across the forth valley

Excellent little leg stretcher. A few gentle inclines but excellent for someone looking to build up their fitness.
