Crone Wood and Maulin Mountain

Really enjoyed this walk. Moderate difficulty, only tricky part was coming down from the peak which has quite loose scree and is a bit steep. Took me 2hrs total. Wonderful views from the top. Good amount of parking at Crone Woods Car Park. Lots of butterflies to see which was a pleasant surprise!

Crone, Tonduff and Maulin Loop

This is a winter route for experienced hiikers or tue very adventurous. Great with no ferns. During the summer its very tricky going up tonduff this way as you can't see your foot placing so well. Dont try this between jun-sept. Also be aware its often misty on tonduff and this is in open mountain with limited visibility and if you can find a track its a bonus.

lovley hike but hard, bring plenty of water as not many sources up there
