I did this trail just after the forest fires in may and possibly because of this I didn't finish it with my friend. The terrain was harsh, ferns and almost all climbing on the first day. We couldn't find anywhere to set up our tents and had to set up on the beach near the second loch we encountered. We made it most of the way round, but cut across the track on the second day to make the route shorter. Still though, I loved this trail and had loads of fun and the scenery was amazing.
