Nice loop over mostly decent paths. A bit slippy in wet weather. Suggest going clockwise if you have joint problems so you avoid descending on the rougher paths. Sea views are amazing. Just don't be a selfie-idiot and perch on the cliff edge ( we saw a few).

Quiet and peaceful walk, more or less flat all the way round. We walked clockwise from the pier, completing the coastal section first before going inland. It is necessary to cross some stiles which have 4-5 steps on each side. Lovely views from the pier at the very start (and finish). We were walking in May after heavy showers the previous night so there were some muddy parts (3 or 4) which would have been difficult if wearing ordinary runners. Reed beds, stream side walking, meadows with sheep grazing and final bit on road with v little traffic. Very well sign posted throughout. Very enjoyable.
