Loop
Wetland, wildlife, canals, cafes and pubs within beautiful Cheshire. Between 4km and 7km the trail uses a fishermlan’s trail along the north bank of the Mersey. In summer this can get very preferred and the path is perilously close to the rivers edge so avoid also if water levels high. Instead use the pavement along the A57 to Martinscroft. Although this goes perilously close to a Toby Carvery. :)
