Loop
This easy 7km walk from Prudhoe to Wylam, walking beside the River Tyne for most of the way. The walk crosses over the Hagg Bank Bridge - a great location for photos and some say, the inspiration for the Tyne Bridge, erected later. Crossing to Wylam before heading back to Prudhoe via the picturesque village of Ovingham. Potential stopping-point at the White Swan (comfort break/ refreshments) before finally crossing Ovingham Bridge - a quaint footbridge across the River Tyne to return back to the starting point.
