Loop
An easy loop from The Aperfield Inn, Sourh Street nr Biggin Hill. This 4.35 km walk takes an hour and gently explores the countryside on the edge of London’s Green Belt. With only about 61 m of ascent (one long hill) and 74 m of descent, the route is mostly comfortable for beginners and families. Expect open fields and scattered woodland (bluebells) before returning to your starting point. Going clockwise, brenches can be found after 0.75km in the Scouts Training Ground. Note there are barking digs at the very end but behind big fences and tall gates - more alarming than anything else. Nearest cafe is Costa in Biggin Hill (3/4km away). Nearby is the Westerham Heights garden center (no café )
