Just finished this trail , flipped it and started in the Lakes , the countryside is breathtaking, terrain mixed and at times the going is tough , met some awesome people on the path , eaten some great food and sneaked in the odd beer 馃嵑 4.5 days and logged it at 82.3 miles on my Garmin. highly recommended trail.
