What to expect
Marin County, California packs some of the state's most memorable terrain into one compact stretch of coast. Hike from the cypress-lined bluffs above Tennessee Valley to the beach at Alamere Falls, climb the Dipsea Trail toward Stinson Beach, or loop through redwood shade in Muir Woods on the way to Mount Tamalpais East Peak.
