I don't know WHO did the trail that i tried to follow but they must be fit as a fiddle because ???? Also to note: if you do try to follow this loop if it has just rained it wont be accessible because of the rivers. Overall still five stars i had fun but didnt follow the loop at all

A nice trail from start to finish... It's an easy short (or moderate longer) trail but it has some amazing scenic views as you go regardless. Just bring some waterproof boots as parts can be a little boggy 🥾👍

Steep up and down but very nice overall. Took a bit longer, 4-5 hours.
