An easy 7.75-mile (12,474 m) route starting near Kings Clipstone, this hike gently explores the historic Sherwood Forest area. With around 138 m of ascent and 190 m of descent, the terrain is mostly flat with a few mild slopes, suitable for most walkers. Expect woodland paths, open countryside views, and traces of the area’s royal hunting past as you make your way west from the village to the finish point.
