Challenging loop starting near Penwyllt in the Brecon Beacons, covering about 14 miles with around 2,655 feet of ascent and 2,775 feet of descent. Expect steep climbs and rough, often exposed terrain with big open moorland views and classic limestone scenery. Long, committing route suited to fit, experienced hikers with good navigation skills and suitable gear.
