Llyn Ogwen to Ffynnon Lloer

My first (proper) wild camp!

Can park overnight (free) on street directly outside Tesco Express in Bethesda.

Catch the T10 bus to Llyn Ogwen (Ogwen Cottage / visitor centre stop), which runs hourly for most of the day on weekends.

Visitor centre serves snack food, coffee, and has toilets.

Trail starts slightly back from where the bus drops you off (signposted as 'Snowdonia Slate Trail').

Fairly steep but steady ascent. Plenty of pools for a wild swim on the ascent / descent!
