Started this Lapworth Circular from Packwood House. Parking here is free even if you are not a NT Member. If your looking to visit the house you need to be in by 14:30 as that's last access - Quite poor from NT really! From the car park, we headed out NW to Church farm, taking in St Giles Church and Packwood Hall, an amazing property surrounded by a moat. Picking up the Millennium Way until it turns west, we then headed South crossing the various Foot bridges (some a little rickety even though they have been maintained by the Ramblers - say no more) to reach Sands Farm and picking up the canal before again heading South on the Millennium Way to St Mary the Virgin Church at Lapworth with its amazing stain glass windows. We then headed East to pick up the tow path at Lapworth Farm and continuing on down past the row of locks to pick up the Grand Union Canal and on to the Navigation Inn, Lapworth. We had the option to continue on to Baddesley Clinton (NT which we have done previously) but with repairs being made to the footpath, we opted to head NNE to Rising Bridge, once again picking up the Millennium Way and back to Packwood House.
