Starting from a car park in Bowden bridge, quickly picking up lantern pike before heading through New Mills. Once through, up to black hill before turning right to Lyme park. From the park to sponds hill and then to Todd's reservoir then through Whaley Bridge. Through Whaley Bridge to Eccles pike then chinley churn and then back to the car/station. 5 Ethels.
