Meant to go to elati but got lost due to overgrowth and lack of maintenance of trail signs. Trail signs were a bit confusing, hidden, or didnt make sense in some areas. Wear pants as you will go through some serious grassy areas and overgrowth that will leave welts all over legs if your not careful.

Ich bin diese Strecke im Oktober gelaufen. Zu dieser Zeit war es tagsüber warm bis heiß(20-24°C), aber ertragbar. In den höheren Region wurde es nachts frisch( 5-10°C). Ich habe mir eigene Etappen gesucht, wodurch ein Zelt unumgänglich war. Offiziell ist wildcampen zwar verboten, doch die meisten haben es wohlwollend toleriert. In den größeren Orten und Hotels war die Verständigung mit Englisch möglich, doch in den kleineren Orten darf man sich nicht darauf verlassen. Der Weg ist größtenteils markiert, dennoch sollte man in Besitz einer Karte sein, um mögliche Variation zu planen. Die Unterkünfte waren meist auch spontan buchbar, was auch an der Jahreszeit lag. Die Landschaft ist wirklich schön. Highlights waren die erste Etappe und die Etappen hinter Mystras.
