To reach the trailhead, you can drive or use public transport. If driving, set your GPS to the nearest known address: Blieskastel, Saarpfalz-Kreis. The trail begins in a serene forested area, offering a mix of deciduous and coniferous trees. Early on, you'll encounter gentle inclines as you make your way through the Geißbachwald forest.
