#### Bismarckturm The first significant landmark you'll encounter is the Bismarckturm, a historical tower built in honor of Otto von Bismarck. Located about 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) into the hike, the tower offers panoramic views of the surrounding Palatinate Forest. The climb to the top is optional but highly recommended for its breathtaking vistas.
