Key Sections and Landmarks

Woodland Path

About 1 km (0.6 miles) into the hike, you'll enter a dense woodland area. This section is particularly enchanting in the spring when bluebells carpet the forest floor. Keep an eye out for local wildlife, including deer and a variety of bird species. The path here is well-marked but can be muddy after rain, so sturdy hiking boots are recommended.

Open Fields and Panoramic Views

Historical Sites

As you continue, you'll pass by several sites of historical interest. Notably, the trail skirts the edge of the Dinton Park and Philipps House estate, a National Trust property. While the house itself is not directly on the trail, a short detour will allow you to explore its beautiful gardens and learn about its history.

Final Stretch

Navigation and Safety

For navigation, the HiiKER app is highly recommended as it provides detailed maps and real-time updates.
