For all three versions, start the walk by traveling downhill with the high ropes course on your righthand side, and Queen Elizabeth Arena to your left. Continue downhill past the Frisbee Golf course and Wonderland, both on the right. Just after the Wonderland entrance, bear left, continuing straight ahead past the next turning, keeping the lake on your right. For the main and pushchair routes As you approach the picnic area on the right, take the lefthand path towards the houses. Head through the kissing gate and turn immediately left. You will pass through an underpass and emerge into the wooded area of Randlay Valley. Remain on this path until just before reaching a second underpass (which leads into Hollinswood); Do not proceed through, instead take a sharp right, remaining in the wooded area. The path will gradually wind through the trees, eventually starting to climb uphill again. For the main route, as you begin to climb more sharply and the path bends to the right, look for a series of steps and a stile to the left of the path; proceed over the stile and into an open grassy area. The trail from here is a grass track, bearing right in a gradual arc between trees on both sides. As the grassy area opens up more widely, keep close to the trees on the left, aiming for a gap in the lefthand corner of the field. Proceed through the wooded area, emerging on the other side into another field. Head straight across the field and through a kissing gate. Take a right on the path you have emerged onto. Stay on this pavement, proceeding under an underpass and bearing to the right. You will now be entering a residential area. Proceed ahead until you reach the bridleway through the middle of Randlay. Turn left onto the bridleway. *(Pushchair route joins here) Turn right at the next path junction, then left again. Proceed along the path keeping the houses on your right and the green to your left. Follow the path as it bears right at the end of the houses, again keeping the grass area to your left. Continue ahead until you reach Boulton Grange. Cross and proceed ahead towards the pedestrian crossing on Randlay Avenue. Cross at the lights, then turn left towards Whitworth Drive. Turn down Whitworth Drive then very shortly turn left heading down the footpath. Continue on the footpath, crossing Arundel Close, eventually emerging onto Grangemere. Bear left then walk along Grangemere . The main route takes a right alongside the entrance to the carpark The alternative pushchair route avoiding the unpaved section pro Bear immediately left, taking the track alongside Grange Pool. Proceed along the track with the pool on your left. Continue straight ahead, pass a wooden bridge on the left, then take a small wooden bridge across the stream. Ahead is Grange Farm View but keep to the track and bear right before following the path around to the left. Proceed up a series of steps and emerge onto Northwood Terrace with a row of cottages to the left, where you turn right. Continue along Northwood Terrace heading through the gate and emerging into Telford Town Park. You will be emerging into an intersection of five paths. You should take the second on your left. ^^(Accessible route joins here) This path climbs gently and sweeps to the right, before sweeping back to the left. You will emerge into another intersection of five paths, which is designated the Silkin Way Learning Zone. The main track again heads ahead and to cross the bridge over the Silkin Way. Proceed straight ahead, up the incline and emerge onto Dark Lane, where you turn right. Pass Telford Hornets Rugby Club on your left and Dark Lane Carpark on your right. Just beyond the carpark is a vehicle barrier and pedestrian gate. At this point you will encounter the waymarking for walk 15. We have tried to distinguish them by using the numbers, please make sure you keep following the walk 16 waymarks. Proceed beyond this and then turn immediately left. The path arcs gently around Withy Pool to the right with the Covid 19 Memorial Garden to your left. Continue around to the right, emerging behind the Park Visitor Centre. Pause for a while in the Quiet Garden to your left before proceeding around to the right of the play area and the Norman Chapel. You will now find yourself back at the start of the walk.
