Returning to Princetown

The descent from South Hessary Tor is gradual, leading you back towards Princetown. The final stretch of the trail takes you through a mix of open moorland and wooded areas, providing a diverse hiking experience. As you near the end of the loop, you'll pass by the remains of old tin mining operations, a testament to the area's industrial past.

Practical Tips

Additionally, carrying a map and compass, along with your HiiKER app, will ensure you stay oriented throughout the hike. There are no facilities along the trail, so pack enough water and snacks for the journey.
