From the bus stop, it's a short walk to the trailhead.### Trail Overview The trail begins near Morvah and quickly immerses you in the rugged beauty of Cornwall. The initial section is relatively flat, allowing you to ease into the hike. As you progress, the trail starts to ascend gently, offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.### Watch Croft At approximately 2 km (1.2 miles) into the hike, you'll reach Watch Croft, the highest point in West Penwith. Standing at 252 meters (827 feet), it offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Cornish landscape. This is a great spot for a short break and some photography.### White Downs Continuing on, the trail descends slightly towards White Downs. This section is characterized by its open moorland and scattered granite boulders. Keep an eye out for local wildlife, including various bird species and possibly even wild ponies.
