Very enjoyable trail and fairly easy to follow the map. At one stage in the early part of the trail the path does go through someone's garden. There are a few steep slopes but nothing too hard.

A bit bleak on the top with some steep haul up and down, overall good views and good exercise. There's a pub close to the end which would be ideal, but as is typical in Wales, it was shut with a sign saying you couldn't use the benches.
