If you're driving, there is parking available near Rydal Mount & Gardens.### Trail Overview The trail begins with a gentle ascent, gaining around 100 meters (328 feet) in elevation. The initial part of the hike takes you through lush woodlands, where you can spot a variety of bird species and perhaps even a red squirrel if you're lucky.
