From the Boufort Arms for about a mile on the designated footpath is a bit of a commando course! Climbing over and under fallen trees and over unstable rocky riverbeds. This then turns into a nice gentle leafy path to Bae Pwll Du. We carried on along the Gower coastal park to Three Cliffs Bay. Bit of a cheat at the end due to the lack of a footpath. We jumped on the No14 bus back to the Beaufort Arms. Tip if you stop at the Three Cliffs Cafe buy your beer and cider at the shop it's £2 cheaper than buying from the cafe which is next door.
