Nice moderate hike with good views and rolling hills, forest track at beginning and end with good trail on mountain for all but 500mtrs.

While it listed as a medium hike the main assent from the marsh area past the river to the upper area is exceptionally steep and challenging, as is the descent. Overall it's a nice hike worth a visit but if your looking for an entire medium challenge an alternate route might be a good idea.
