Miner's Way and Historical Trail

Did a section of this as part of the Beara Beifne Way. It has stone age tombs, gorgeous lake side walks and forested paths. It has accommodation along sections, but forward planning and booking is very much recommended. Be prepared for lots of road walking and be comfortable with walking in fields with farm animals. A part of Ireland that really doesn't get a lot of love and attention but this trail is beautiful and deserves more love!
