Lovely trail by the sea. However couldn't access/see the trail after the right turn off the roadway towards Gurteen (private houses). would recommend just walking the roads back to the village.

Amazing hike but tough and not for the unprepared. Steep sections and some scrambling up and down. The lakes are stunning. I wouldn’t do this in mist or adverse conditions as trail not marked so nav important. Approx 5 to 5.5hrs. Highly recommend.
