Carntogher Way - Seefin Trail. May be combined with main Carntogher Way red loop to extend the overall distance walked to around 15km / 9 miles. Follows the Pollan Water from near the carpark and loops around Seefin Hill in Ballyknock. On open ground track & minor road. Some wet and uneven conditions along streamside.
