Winter Hill and Rivington Pike Loop

Starting near Lancashire, England, this 9 km (approximately 5.6 miles) loop trail offers a moderate challenge with an elevation gain of around 300 meters (984 feet). The trailhead is conveniently located near the Lower House Car Park, Rivington, which is easily accessible by car. Initial Ascent and Rivington Pike

The hike begins with a gradual ascent through the picturesque Rivington Terraced Gardens. Winter Hill

A memorial plaque at the summit commemorates this tragic event.
