Waiopehu Hut Loop

The Waiopehu Hut Loop is a 13 mi looped trail that starts and ends in Horowhenua District, New Zealand. The trail is considered to be difficult to hike and has a total elevation gain of 4825 ft. The trail takes around 6 hrs 38 mins. Either you are not allowed to bring your dog on the Waiopehu Hut Loop or it is generally not advised. The warmest months are March, April, and May and the coldest months are June, July, and August.
