Starting near East Sussex, England, this 17 km (approximately 10.5 miles) loop trail offers a diverse hiking experience through Friston Forest, Westdean, and the iconic Seven Sisters Cliffs, eventually looping back to Jevington. With an elevation gain of around 500 meters (1,640 feet), this medium-difficulty trail provides a mix of forested paths, open meadows, and dramatic coastal views.### Getting There To reach the trailhead, you can drive and park near the village of East Dean, which is well-signposted and has ample parking facilities. If you prefer public transport, East Dean is accessible via bus services from Eastbourne or Seaford. The nearest train stations are in Eastbourne and Seaford, from where you can catch a bus or taxi to East Dean.### Trail Navigation For navigation, it is highly recommended to use HiiKER, which provides detailed maps and real-time GPS tracking to ensure you stay on the correct path.### Friston Forest The trail begins with a gentle ascent through Friston Forest, a serene woodland area known for its dense canopy and diverse wildlife.
