The Kereru Track is a 4 mi looped trail that starts and ends in Akaroa, New Zealand. The trail is considered to be extra difficult to hike and has a total elevation gain of 1634 ft. The trail takes around 2 hrs 41 mins. Either you are not allowed to bring your dog on the Kereru Track or it is generally not advised. The warmest months are March, April, and May and the coldest months are June, July, and August.
