Getting to the Trailhead

To reach the trailhead from Madrid, you can drive or take a bus to Buendía. By car, it's about a 1.5-hour drive via the A-3 and CM-200 highways. There is no direct public transport to Buendía, but you can take a bus to nearby towns such as Sacedón or Priego and then a taxi to Buendía. Once in Buendía, follow the signs leading to the Embalse de Buendía (Buendía Reservoir), where the trail begins.

Navigating the Trail
