Visitor Centre to Kepler Track Carpark Walk

A linear trail of 3.5 km, it goes from the Fiordland National Park Visitor Centre to the Kepler Track Carpark. Passing through the Te Anau Bird Sanctuary and giving excellent views of lakes and mountains, the track gives ample opportunity for picnics and photos along the way and is a popular one with families. It takes around an hour to complete, although caution is advised on trail times as this depends on multiple variables. For more info, click here. This trail is 3.5 km long and is rated as easy.
