Exit the car park via the green metal kissing gate onto Wellington Rd opposite the bus stop outside Admaston House. Turn left on Wellington Rd, cross Pemberton Rd and continue ahead.( Admaston House Community Centre is on your right. On the other side of the road.) At the crossroads, turn left on Shawbirch Rd to reach and cross the pedestrian crossing. Turn right now going in the opposite direction along Shawbirch Rd. Continue and turn left into Elmsdale Crescent. Cross the junction of Bostock Close and continue ahead, following the road as it bends right. At the Road junction, where bricks make up the road surface, cross the road to the pavement in front of the house ‘Ingleborough’. Turn left to pass the ‘Laurels’ on your right-hand side. You will pass Admaston Farmhouse, a black and white Grade II listed building. Continue ahead and take a footpath that bears slightly right, just before the ‘Bratton’ sign. At the path T junction turn left and continue ahead ignoring all paths to the right. Pass a green metal bench on your right and, just before reaching a metal barrier to the road, bear right and follow the path between hedges. Reach and cross Whiteway Drive and continue along Bratton Rd. Reach and cross the driveway to ‘Rivendell House’ and ‘The Willows’, pass through the white metal gate. (Currently, July 2023, those needing a dropped kerb may have to join the road here, pass though the barrier , pass the dismantled bridge and turn right into Dulwich Grange, rejoining the route at below. We hope to get this remedied.) In 40 metres at the path junction, turn right passing a yellow metal bench on your right, and pass beneath a black metal archway. Pass through another white metal gate to reach the road ‘Dulwich Grange’. At the road turn right and use the pedestrian refuge to cross the road to take the ramp up to the ‘Silkin Way’ footpath. Turn right on the Sikin Way and continue for 400 metres ignoring all paths off to the left and right until reaching and passing school fields partially hidden behind green metal fencing on your left. Immediately at the end of school field, turn left just past a waste bin. Continue keeping the school on your left-hand side. At the path T junction with a playground on left hand side, turn left, then at the path junction just past the playground, turn right to cross a bridge. At the road turn right, then after approximately 60 metres turn left as the road bends, signed “CONSTABLE DRIVE” (do not continue ahead where signed “CONSTABLE DRIVE NO’s 2326”). Follow the road to its end. Ignore the path immediately ahead and take the path on the right through the metal barrier signed “NO’s 6 & 8 GAINSBOROUGH WAY & NO’s 11 & 12 CONSTABLE DRIVE.” Continue to another metal barrier, pass through it and turn right. In 30 metres cross the road turning left through another metal barrier onto a path. Continue on this path through an underpass. At the path junction at the top of the slope up from the underpass, continue ahead to a T junction and turn left. Follow the main path, ignoring the narrow path off to the right, and continue as it bends right.. At the path junction where there is a triangle of grass at its centre, bear right down a narrow alleyway towards a metal barrier. Pass through the metal barrier and cross the road to pass through a further metal barrier continuing ahead through an underpass. Immediately after the underpass take the right-hand fork. At the next road turn left for 10 metres, then cross the road and take footpath opposite. Reach a metal barrier and turn right on the road ‘Tee Lake Blvd’. Reach and cross the junction for ‘Quail Gate’, continue to reach and cross the junction for ‘Brockwood Copse’. Continue along Tee Lake Blvd to reach and cross the junction for Tee Lake Blvd numbers 10, 12 and 12A. Shortly after the end of a low brick wall in front of house number 16 on your right-hand side and opposite New River Close on your left-hand side, take the footpath on your right into Dothill Local Nature Reserve.
