If driving, head towards the village of Kettleshulme, which is the nearest significant landmark. There is limited parking available near the village, so arriving early is advisable. For those using public transport, the nearest train station is Whaley Bridge. From Whaley Bridge, you can take a local bus or taxi to Kettleshulme.### Trail Overview The loop begins with a gentle ascent, offering panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. As you start your hike, you will be greeted by the lush greenery and rolling hills characteristic of the Peak District.#### Cats Tor At approximately 2 km (1.2 miles) into the hike, you will reach Cats Tor. This section of the trail provides a relatively easy climb and rewards you with expansive views of the Goyt Valley. The terrain here is a mix of grassy paths and rocky outcrops, so sturdy footwear is recommended.#### The Tors Continuing along the trail, you will encounter The Tors around the 5 km (3.1 miles) mark.
